Bio

Peterson is an associate at Austring, Fairman & Fekete, specializing in Criminal Law, Canadian Immigration, and Administrative Law.

Peterson obtained his law degree from the University of Namibia in 2005 and has been actively practising Criminal Law in different jurisdictions since 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Peterson worked as a Federal Crown Prosecutor, handling a wide spectrum of cases including assaults, firearm charges, impaired driving and murder.

Peterson also provides valuable assistance to clients in various areas of Canadian immigration law, including, but not limited to temporary and permanent residence applications, sponsorship, procedural fairness letters, humanitarian and compassionate consideration.

Outside the office, Peterson is passionate about outdoor activities with his family and actively participates in numerous community initiatives.
