We provide advice and representation to both plaintiffs and defendants from the negotiation stage through to trial and appeal in the areas of breach of contract: (debt collections, land and construction disputes and liens) as well as employment matters: (wrongful dismissal, grievances); administrative law (representation before and advice to boards and tribunals); First Nations law (opinions and court applications on the Umbrella Final Agreement and related legislation) as well as in estate and fiduciary relationship matters and tort law (including personal injury and defamation).
