Practice: Criminal Law

​Responding to Criminal Code charges comprises the majority of our Criminal practice. We also commonly assist clients with matters related to drugs and controlled substances, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, Firearms Act and municipal bylaws.

Because our clients are primarily Yukoners and those who travel here to enjoy and benefit from the North, our Criminal practice extends to matters such as the Wildlife Act, Customs Act, Environment Act, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.

We also have experience representing clients at Coroner’s Inquests and other public inquiries, in a formal and informal capacity.
