Practice: Labour and Employment

The right to earn a livelihood is paramount in most of our lives. The suspension or termination of employment can be devastating for an employee and must be carefully handled by the employer. Our firm offers advice and representation in all aspects of the employment relationship, both for the employer and the employee, from the drafting of employment agreements to negotiations and court actions for wrongful dismissal. We also offer advice and representation to unions in the management of their affairs and their relationship with the employer, including grievance and arbitration hearings.
