We advise on property option and acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, property lease and royalty agreements, Impact Benefit Agreements, First Nation MOU’s, regulatory matters, financings, due diligence and on labour and employment issues. We represent individuals, private companies, public companies and First Nations. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants for trial in mining matters. We also act for both First Nations and corporations with respect to access to and development of settlement lands and the negotiation of mining agreements between mining companies and First Nations.
