Practice: Wills and Estates

We provide estate planning services, including preparation of wills, will trusts, enduring powers of attorney and advance directives (living wills). Our estates work includes review of a will, preparation of court documentation to apply for a Grant of Probate or Administration, advice with respect to administration of estates, and preparation of statements of accounts for executors (passing accounts). Upon request, we will provide comprehensive estate administration services, including, in some circumstances, serving as executor or administrator of an estate. We also prepare documentation and will assist clients in obtaining adult guardianship orders in the Supreme Court of Yukon.
